Terms of Service and Commission Rules
General
○ By choosing to commission MoonlitCanid you agree to and understand the following terms and conditions
○ You must be 18 or older to commission me
○ I require VISUAL reference of your character(s) for commissions.
(If you only have a written description, I may be unlikely to accept your commission, or may require an additional fee to design the character for you visually).
○ Commissioned work is for your personal use and cannot be used or re-distributed for profit
○ You may re-upload to your gallery(s) with proper credit.
DO NOT claim my work as your own
Payment
○ Payment is made up-front via PayPal invoice
○ I will not begin work until payment is received
○ Completed works are non-refundable
If you should choose to infringe upon any of the above, you will be blacklisted from any and all future commissions
How to Commission
○ When I am ready to take on new commissions,
I will make a post on my Twitter
The post will include a link to my application form, where you can provide all the info for your desired project
○ Please do not DM me requesting a commission.
I only take orders via my application form, and your DM will likely be ignored
○ If you cannot currently see any posts on my Twitter including the application form, I am not open for commissions
○ When the form is available, please read the attached TOS and fill out all requested information
○ If your project is selected, I will DM you at the Twitter account you provide in the form.
I will confirm your interest in proceeding, then provide you with an Invoice.
Once the invoice is paid, progress on your commission will begin
Commissions are NOT
first-come, first serve
○ I will sort through all applications and select projects that appeal to me
○ I choose projects that I feel I would enjoy, and be able to do well. This is to ensure I can provide the client with my best possible efforts
○ If you do not recieve a DM and your commission is not chosen, please feel free to try re-applying at another date
○ I cannot reserve or guarantee slots to anyone
